The Canary story

Will Goldbloom, a lawyer and workplace investigator, saw a recurring pattern of employers using investigators for issues that could have been resolved informally.

Instead of costly workplace investigations, he wanted to give employees the support they needed to address interpersonal conflicts head-on and make informed decisions about raising formal complaints.

He also wanted to give employers a snapshot of the types of complaints employees were bringing forward, so they could address these issues through proactive, systemic approaches to resolving workplace problems.

Since its founding, clients have used Canary as their go-to system for employees to raise concerns and get the resources they need to resolve them.
